These things are ALL over Etsy. Usually priced from $7 to $10. I decided to Do It Myself.
Especially if you already have a stash of grosgrain ribbon like me (remember the 7 Disney Princesses from 2014?!) Also Hobby Lobby has a good selection of colors for $3.99, but if you are willing to wait until it's on sale, you save 50%. and if you only need a little bit of one color, be sure to check out the ribbon near paper crafting, because it's normally $1.99 so during the sale, yep! only $1!
I made two of each. For 2 little girls with birthdays that are almost 1 year apart...Also included a headband with a loop so they can be worn as a head band or a clip :)
